Items ordered will be shipped within 5 working days of purchase via Royal Mail.

Free UK delivery on sheet music, unless otherwise stated.

Charges apply for deliveries outside of the UK and shipments will be tracked.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a physical item (e.g. sheet music) within 7 days of purchase.
All physical items are shipped via Royal Mail. Items are checked for damage before shipping. International orders are tracked and monitored to help avoid issues with the order. Envelopes will be externally marked "From Ailuridae".

If an order was made in error and has not yet been shipped, please contact Ailurdaie as soon as possible. The buyer will receive a full refund via Paypal.

If an order was made in error and has already been shipped, please send the item back to Ailuridae, unopened and in good condition using the return address provided on the envelope. The buyer pays return postage. A refund for the order will be issued via paypal on receipt of the returned item.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact Ailuridae and return the item using the return address provided with the delivery. The returns postage will be refunded if you retain proof of postage which will be checked. A full refund for the order will be processed via Paypal once Ailuridae has received the item.

If an order fails to arrive within the shipping times listed, please contact Ailuridae to resolve the issue. For UK orders, a replacement item will likely be sent free via Royal Mail 1st class, signed service to ensure it reaches you in good time. For international orders, the matter will likely be investigated via Royal Mail's tracking service before a replacement or refund is processed.
